Dr. Murphy has been selected to participate in the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (AZ Blue) Gold Card Prior Authorization Program — a distinction reserved for providers with a proven record of clinical excellence.
The Gold Card program recognizes network providers who consistently adhere to evidence-based clinical criteria and deliver high-quality care to AZ Blue members. Providers are selected based on a prior authorization approval rate of at least 80% over a one-year period. Participation means pre-approved authorizations for services, faster patient access to care, and less administrative friction for both the provider and the patient.
